How do I cancel an order?
You may send an email to with your order number requesting to cancel your order. If a cancellation notice is received in a timely manner, it will be cancelled and you will be refunded in full. If cancellation was not possible please return the item once received.
How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping to all 50 US States, all day, everyday! All our products are shipped from US based fulfillment centers.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are shipped within one business day. Once shipped you will receive your item in 1-5 business days depending on location!

Returning a product:
- Request a return through chat in the bottom right of your screen, you will receive a return shipping label via email within 24 hours.
- Print the return label
- Package the products with all parts, accessories and instructions
- Place the return label on the box and secure the contents of your return to ensure no damage during transit
- Drop off your package at the nearest shipping office
- Return the eligible product(s) in original condition with all accessories, parts and instructions
- Please ensure you return the exact serial number that was received from your order. All products are serialized and failure to match our serial number database will result in a rejection of your return
- Logins and passwords must be removed prior to returning the product
